Repair Facilities

Our 33,000 square foot repair facility is fully equipped with three 20-ton cranes, one 10-ton, one 7.5-ton, and two 5-ton overhead cranes.

Our company continually strives to provide the highest quality of work for our customers using the most up-to-date equipment:

• Steelman Process Oven
• Viking Paint Booth
• Blasting Room
• Ace Winding Machine
• 12 foot HeatTek Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Insulation System (VPI), fully automated with report generation capabilities
• (2) Computerized Schenck Balancing Machines, equipped with printers.

Our balancing capabilities are 17,500 pounds with a turning diameter of 7.5 feet.

Machine Shop

Our complete machine shop includes three lathes: (22” swing/90” long, 30” swing/120” long, 52” swing/160” long), a vertical bullet boring mill that swings 54”, a horizontal mill with a 4’ X 8’ table and 5” spindle. Our turning capabilities are up to 54 inches.

Welding Shop

In the welding department, our equipment includes a (2) Miller Matic Wire Feed Welders, a Lincoln Tig/Heli-arch Welder, a web milling machine and a Plasma Cutter which cuts up to ½” metal plate.
