Mission Statement

Team Red Stick’s Mission is to continually improve the quality of our repair shop and field service work. The mission is being achieved by creating an environment that encourages participation of all employees, suppliers, and clients in our quality process.

Quality Policy

We, the employees of Red Stick Armature Works are dedicated to meeting our clients’ requirements while surpassing their expectations. Management’s Goal is to involve every employee in the continuous improvement of the Quality in our motor repair shop and services.

Total Quality Management

An indication of Red Stick Armature’s dedication to quality is the requirement that each employee successfully completes our TQM course. We, as a team, continually strive to improve the quality of our repair shop and field services by reviewing our work process in regular quality meetings.

Warranty

We stand behind our work!!! Anytime a job is determined to be defective, due to workmanship within a 12-month period, from the date our customer receives the motor, the work will be redone at no cost to the customer.
