REPAIR FACILITIES

Our 38,000 sq. ft. repair facility is fully equipped with three (3) 20 ton, one 10 ton, one 7.5 ton, and two (2) 5 ton overhead cranes. Our company continually strives to provide the highest quality of work for our customers using the most up-to-date equipment: Steelman Process Oven, Viking Paint Booth, Blasting Room, Ace W inding Machine, 12 foot HeatTek Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Insulation System (VPI), fully automated with report generation capabilities, and two (2) Computerized Schenk Balancing Machines, equipped with printers. Our balancing capabilities are 17,500 pounds with a turning diameter of 7.5 feet.

Machine Shop

Our complete machine shop includes three (3) lathes, a vertical boring mill, a horizontal milling machine, and a 74” sliding gap bed lathe with a17 feet between centers. Our turning capabilities are up to 42 inches.

Welding Shop

In the welding department, our equipment includes a Miller Matic Wire Feed Welder and a Lincoln Tig/Heiliarch Welder.
