TEST EQUIPMENT

Our facility is fully equipped with state-of-the-art test equipment for both AC and DC motors, ensuring that our clients’ motors are being repaired using the best available techniques. Below is a brief description of some of our test equipment:

Hipotronics-High Power-Motor Test
System Model MTC-1500 - Designed to provide test stand power for testing of multi-horsepower AC and DC motors. Capabilities of 1500KVA up to 7000 Volts.

AW I-900E Dynamometer - This equipment has the power to test the major high-power motors with as much as 3100 ft/lbs of high torque start-up capability.

PdMA-MCE Max - We have two (2) of these revolutionary testers. These testers combine the capabilities of the MCE and the Emax into one portable package.

Some of our other test equipment includes the CSI 2120 Vibration Analyzer, a Phenix CL60 Core Loss Tester, and two (2) 12KV Baker Surge Testers. The D12000 Surge Tester can perform a Polarization Index and HiPot test. All of our test equipment have printing capabilities so that we may provide reports for our clients.

Electrical Maintenance, Field Service and Testing: Most of the previously mentioned testing equipment is portable, and along with our experienced Field Service Technicians, we can provide on-site testing and repair services.

Client's Office: We have an office complete with desk, telephone, and a window looking out into the shop for your company's convenience when observing your motors, generators or welding machines being repaired.
